Shreevarmaayurveda.com has partnered with reputed logistic partners to ensure all our products reach you in the best condition with no damages. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing before shipping.

How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is placed, it goes through a thorough inspection. After passing the final quality check, it is packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partner.

Our partner will attempt delivery at your shipping address. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to resolve the issue. All orders, including bundled gifts, are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, along with an invoice. While we try to ship all items together, this may not always be possible.

How are the products packaged?

Each product is individually bubble wrapped. Fragile items like glass bottles receive extra protection. All items are then packed in cardboard boxes and shipped. Shreevarmaayurveda.com holds responsibility for any damage caused during transit.

Where do we ship?

We ship throughout India to almost all pin codes. Availability may vary. You can check delivery serviceability by entering your pin code on product or checkout pages.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Registered users can also track their orders under “Your Orders” in the “My Account” section.

How long will delivery take?

We usually dispatch products within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days, depending on your location. Unforeseen delays may occur, especially during crises such as COVID-19. We aim to deliver promptly but are not liable for third-party shipping delays.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed. We may pause shipping operations as necessary for safety compliance.

Delivery timing

Our courier partner will call before delivery. If three delivery attempts fail, your package will be returned to our warehouse.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Information

If no one is available at the delivery address, our logistic partner will attempt two more deliveries. You may also contact our customer service to reschedule. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
