Cancellation Policy
Shreevarma Ayurveda believes in helping its customers as much as possible and follows a liberal Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellations are allowed only before the shipment is dispatched for orders placed via shreevarmaayurveda.com.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- Fraudulent or non-compliant orders may be canceled at our discretion, with or without notice.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped:
- Email us at info@shreevarmaayurveda.com or call 044-40773666 (Monday–Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM).
- Your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be credited within 2–5 business days.
Note: Cancellations are not possible after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. Partial returns are allowed if the conditions below are met. Refunds will be processed only after product verification.
Return Process
- Email info@shreevarmaayurveda.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include order ID, reason for return, and product images (including batch number and invoice).
- We will arrange pickup within 4–7 business days.
- Once the product is received and verified (seals, labels, and barcodes must be intact), the refund will be processed.
Note: Refunds are initiated only after successful verification.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Missing or damaged original packaging, tags, freebies, or accessories.
- Tampered serial numbers or altered compositions.
- Return request made after 5 days from delivery.
- Free promotional items returned without the main product.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please follow these steps within 5 days of delivery:
- Email info@shreevarmaayurveda.com with order ID and clear images/videos of the issue.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup with the product in original condition.
- After verification, we will issue a refund.
Free Gifts
Free gifts must be returned along with the purchased product to be eligible for a refund.
Partial Returns
Items from a multi-product order can be returned individually, provided return eligibility criteria are met for those items.
Refund Timelines
Refunds will be credited within 2–5 business days from the date of cancellation approval or successful return verification.
Refund Modes
- Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: Credited to your original payment method within 2–5 business days (additional 2–3 days may be required by your bank).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer within 2–5 business days after receiving your bank details.
- Coupons/Wallet Credits: Credited to your store wallet within 2 business days for future purchases.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Order canceled before shipment.
- Product returned and verified within 5 days of delivery.
- Delivery failed due to:
- Customer refusal,
- Incorrect or unreachable address,
- Customer unavailability.
Refunds for failed deliveries will be credited within 8–9 business days to the original payment method after the product is returned by the courier.
